UNIT 1
 

Sew a light blue D strip to one side of the very light blue D strip and
 a dark blue D strip to the other side- make 32 unit 1

 

Sub assembly 2

Sew 1 C to each side of A as shown, make 32 with dark blue A for
 block 1, and 32 with light blue A  for block 2.

UNIT 2

Attach 1 sub unit assembly to each side of C``to make 32  Unit 2

16 with light blue C for Block 2 and 16 with dark blue for Block 1

Assemble sections of block in rows

 Row 1 Unit 2-Unit 1-Unit 2

Row 2 Unit 1-Square-Unit 1

Row 3 Unit 2-Unit 1-Unit 2

 Make 8 blocks of Block 2 as shown

Use the same designated units in alternative color arrangement to assemble 8 more blocks of Block 1
